Simplifying Revenue Cycle Management for Modern Healthcare Teams

Mont Blanc Health is an RCM demo application I designed and built to show how intuitive product design, automation, and workflow intelligence can transform the billing experience for practices and care teams. The app streamlines the end-to-end revenue cycle – reducing administrative overhead, improving claim accuracy, and helping teams get paid faster with fewer headaches.

With Mont Blanc Health, teams can:

• Verify insurance and eligibility with a clean, guided workflow
• Create, code, and submit claims using structured forms and guardrails
• Track claim status from submission to reimbursement with real-time transparency
• Identify denials and errors with clear explanations and suggested next steps
• Close the loop faster through automated reminders, tasks, and batching tools

I created Mont Blanc Health end-to-end to demonstrate my product thinking, UX approach, and ability to translate a complex operational workflow like RCM into a clear, efficient, human-friendly experience.
