B2B Web Application that allowed Health Plans to perform Quality Improvement and Risk Adjustment Programs to reduce gaps in care and ensure financial sustainability.
Limited Case Study
Due to NDA, I am not allowed to publicly share specific items such as dashboards etc., but have provided key general responsibilities below.
Overview:
As Product Manager, Analytics at Reveleer, I spent 3 years building analytics products for Fortune 500 Health Plans. I prioritized which features and metrics to include, designed all visualizations, weighed in on data architecture, vendor selection, influenced data capture + app design for upstream teams and delivered key analytics on-time and in scope for the team.
Reveleer’s mission is to create a health plan platform for value-based care. This involves supporting quality teams to find and reduce gaps in care for Quality Programs, and ensure financial sustainability for Risk Adjustment programs.

Problem:
Quality Teams at Health Plans need to gather, parse, and submit medical record data to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as part of a HEDIS Audit for financial reimbursement and compliance.
Outreach to Providers is complicated, time-consuming, and decentralized. Data returned is messy, varied, and key patient insights are buried. Workflows can quickly become complicated.
Solution:
We developed an advanced analytics, outreach, and data coding platform to deliver key insights, monitor program health, and streamline workflows (and yes, started using AI before it was cool).
My Role:
I started as a business analyst, focusing first on developing internal data products for Reveleer. This involved working cross-functionally to build and deliver insights for C-Suite, Finance, Operations, Clinical, Sales, HR, and Customer Success.
I gravitated toward data and was promoted into a role as Product Manager for the Analytics Team. There, I was responsible for launching 0->1 data products for external Fortune 500 Health Plans.
My team and I built for analytics products for operations, clinical, and financial teams to manage their Quality Programs.
My Responsibilities:
- Owned Analytics Product Strategy: Created + Managed Analytics Product Roadmap
- Owned Analytics Product Execution: Requirements Gathering, Issue Triaging, Sprints, Tickets, etc.
- Designed Visualization for 20+ Dashboards
- Owned Analytics Data: Sourced + Evaluated data from Platform + External Tools for Fields, Metrics, and KPIs
- Wrote all Documentation: Data Dictionary, Customer Facing Product Release Notes, and Help Guides
- Set up Internal Product Analytics for Reveleer: Supported all PM’s decision making, experimentation, and feature release success
- Managed Dashboards and Report Library: Accuracy, Performance, Migrations, Pipelines, Embedding
